This policy explains what 0rdinals collects, how it is used, and what happens when you send feedback, request indexing, or open third-party links from the site.
0rdinals mainly functions as a public web app for Bitcoin Ordinals exploration, guides, tools, and feedback. If you submit a form, we may collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, social handle, URLs, notes, request details, or improvement ideas.
Index request and community feedback submissions are used to review requests, respond when appropriate, improve the product, prioritize roadmap work, and track relevant issues or suggestions. These submissions may be delivered by email through Resend if email delivery is configured on the deployment.
Some actions may open external services such as GitHub, X, Oodinals, ordinals.com, or wallet providers. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and practices. 0rdinals is not responsible for how those third parties collect, store, or process data once you leave this site.
0rdinals does not currently present a dedicated advertising or tracking cookie system. Some pages or embedded tools may rely on browser storage or wallet-related local state for app behavior, preferences, or temporary UI state. If this changes materially, this policy should be updated.
0rdinals does not describe itself as selling personal data. Information you send through forms is used for operating the site, reviewing requests, and improving the product. If you choose public routes such as GitHub issues or X, the information you submit there may be public by design.
If you need a privacy-related correction or want a previously submitted request reviewed, use the community page or the contact channels already exposed in the app so the request can be matched to the original submission.
